A simple composition using black and white latex paint along with stripped cardboard, adding texture.

The abstract narrative is about an undefined, seemingly bland and arid, almost dystopian present, however along closer inspection, we notice the nuances in tones, the richness of the brushstrokes and texture, adding layers of story we had initially not seen. How much richness of life do we miss because we are caught up in the vast banality of life?
